Thristy Thursday

Trying to remember to drink lots of fluids, both to replace anything I lose when excersizing and also to "fillo the void".

I was avle to do the half hour on the treadmill yesterday so I am going to try it again today. The worst part of that half hour is when I stop and my body catches on to what it was doing... ohhh the pain.

My other goals have been going well, eating better cutting down on my snacking and trying to control my snacking. No finishing off that box of candy.. just one or two and put the rest away.I figure if I dont forbid the food I love I wont cheat on myself as much.

As for reading the Book of Mormon everyday thats been going great. I am reading it just after my workout to have a rest period while my body is tired but my mind is still alert. Also I have been reading this month's Ensign as my non-scripture spiritual reading. When I'm done reading that I think I may have missed December so I'll go back and read that hehe.

Look forward to attain your goals, use the past to learn not to judge yourself.

  1. You are starting off on the right foot! Make a goal but make the goal a small one.. rather then thinking I have 100 pounds to lose break it down into 20 pounds .. lot easier to focus on that.. I am proud of you son!
